Do you apply tsop56a1 ?
Note fbga64a1 is 29LVxxx/GLxx compatible only.
28F128J3 in same fbga package (64 pin , 1mm pitch ) has another pin layout.
28F128J3 cannot be programmed with fbga64a1

tsop56a1 i use i maked adapter for bga flash , only my problem how to read and write corectly
in 8x16mb part or 4x32mb part ?

Latest SW 0.98d12c3/0.97d12c3 have 28F640J3 support in 8bit mode.
In adapter tsop56a1 restore lines from BU7/35 and BU7/36. Connected jumpers Jp9 and Jp10 are removed , don't use.
1) Adapter tsop56a1, set jumper Jp11 (A23-log0)
SW 0.98d12c3, selected chip Flash 28Fxxx > 28Fx00 8/16bit > LH28F160-B (selection for ID only)
Action Get ID . Expect reply 0x89 Intel, 0x18 28F128J3 . Attention here to 0x18. Chip name was wrong in previous SW versions, should be fixed now.
2) SW 0.98d12c3, selected chip 3.3V adapter > Flash 8/16bit(byte)> Intel > 28F640J3
Untick/disable SW option 28FxxxJ3 (write to buffer).
Read chip. Save first 0-64Mb part. Remove jumper Jp11 (A23-log1). Read chip. Save second 64-128Mb part. Merge files 0-128Mb (16MB).
3) Erase/program chip. Split source 128Mb in 2 parts.
Set jumper Jp11 (A23-log0). Erase chip. Blank check. Load first part. Program/verify.
Remove jumper Jp11 (A23-log1). Erase chip. Blank check. Load second part. Program/verify.
No attention to Get ID , have reply 0x89 Intel , 0x89 .

For equal fbga design apply tsop56 schematic, without r1,r2,jp9,jp10. Direct connect A21 and A22. Jp11/R3 connect to ball G1 (A23 128M). Apply extra resistor/jumper for 256Mb chip, connect to ball H8 (A24), read/write in 4 parts.
