Programming SST39SF020A-70-4C-NH PLCC32 socket

Hi!

I have Willem PCB 5.0E programme, and I need to flash a SST39SF020A-70-4C-NH chip which have PLCC32 socket. I use Willem EPROM writer and I did not found the appropiate device for my SST chip. I search for in chip database, but in Willem EPROM v0.98D12 does not exist 39SF020A device or I am stupid.

Please help! What should I do?

Flash 29/39/49Fxx > SST > SST39SF020
or keep 5V and select
Request Adapter 3.3V > 29VF/39... > 29/39LV0x0 > SST29LF/VF020
Be sure in valid ID reply 0xBF SST/Sanyo, 0xB6 SST39SF020A

So, do I need any changes on PCB 5.0 (jumper and so on...)? Will it operate with normal USB power?
If I select Flash 29/39/49Fxxx, then SST, then SST39SF020 it will representates a DIP32 picture on the window. And the other "Request Adatper 3.3V" mode representates a DIP32 picture too.

Apply correct PLCC32 socket (not FWH/LPC). Settings from SW picture are equal.

Okay. So no changes, and USB voltage is enough?!

Other: If I would write a SST49LF080A-33-4C-NHE, what is the difference between the Firmware HUB/LPC --> SST (LPC) --> SST49LF080A method and Flash 29/39/49Fxxx --> SST --> SST49LF080 method?

The difference for me laic is an "A" letter between the two devices, and one is Firmware HUB/LPC other is Flash. Are there anything other significant difference?

USB power OK. External power required for EPROM's.
I suppose both selections for SST49LF080 are OK. Get valid ID reply.

I flashed this chip, as you said. I used the Flash 29/39/49Cxx --> SST 39SF020. I placed the chip into the PLCC32 socket (not FWH/LPC!). The "Electronic ID" was SST 39SF020A, so everything was fine, the mobo works again
