Hello , possible to read and write Spansion S29GL512 TSOP56? wich adapter need to use?
TSOP-48_D3 ? jumper settings ?
i need to make backup from this chip , and write it one another chip.
possible with ezo V4.5 ?

manualy select 4 jumper A21 A22 A23 A24 with 2.2k rezistor to vcc and 4x jp to gnd . correct?
need to select AM29DL322? correct?
after that with 4 jumper possible to read the chip in 16 x 32mb ?
pls help me ..

You are right.i need to use tsop48_d3 adapter

after that with 4 jumper possible to read the chip in 16 x 32mb ?
Some mods required - tsop48d3 has resistor and jumper for A21 and A22 only (up to 128Mb) .
You have to add extra 2 blocks (resistor 2k2 to Vcc and jumper/wire to gnd) for A23 (pin1/tsop56) and A24 (pin56/tsop56).
Manage all 4 adress to select right read adress range.
Read carefully S29GL128 guide.

ok thx for fast reply , i haven;t dificulty with erase chip , extID_erase16_512 ,
on ezo programmer need to set from jp98 to jp97
this jumper settings jp97 only for erase ? and for read and write chip set back to jp98 ?

Set mode Jp97 for my utility only (ID and erase).
Set mode Jp98 for all actions with 0.98d12c3
Share your utility result screenshot (detect, ID, read, erase, read).
Seems , you have utility with extended erase timeout .

one question , jp A, B ,C ,D ,E is open? on adapter ...
on chip pin 11 - A19 is not conected when open jp , and pin 17 - RY/BY#
this is correct or not ?

ok problen sloved Need to conect jp B -C to have conection chip pin 11 to A19!!!
After that ERASE > BLANK TEST > WRITE > VERIFY is ok !
My problem is how i can set the 4 jumper for correct order ,
A21 ..A24 for part 1 part2 ... part 16 , i tryed , don't undersund .....
pls help me

Note, set JpF (A21- log.0), set JpH (A22-log.0)
remove JpF (A21- log.1), remove JpH (A22-log.1)
Same for A23 and A24.
