bga s29gl032A and s29gl128N

i have ezoflash 4v5 with adapter fbga64a1
I would like to ask you about problems with read flash s29gl032A and s29gl128N


bga s29gl032A I read ID correctly (without any jumpers on adapter)



bga S29gl128N still have strange ID and read incorrect ID (also with jumper on adapter on A21)


please help with read this flash

No chip pin contacts in bga socket. Check chip. Try open/close bga door, move down/up chip in socket, close. Until you have ID with Willem SW 0x0001 0x227E ! ID common for both chips with Willem SW,no extended ID support. Next actions - read,... , utility operations ,.. after valid ID reply only !
Programmer and adapter jumper settings for ID are common on both chips. Jumpers set to ground highest adress. I suppose manual highest adress set not critical for ID.

I'm pretty sure that connections beetwen flash and socket are correct. To make sure I reballed chip again and still have bad ID (7fb7) and read also is incorrect (all blocks have 7fb7.
with jumper on A21 (if order is correct from left ... A24, A25, A21, A22, A23)




I also have problems with flash M28W320FSU and M28W320FST, the same problem, wrong ID and incorrect data

maybe you have some idea what is wrong ?

I found in your SW screenshot selected 28F3..
Why ? Keep same selected SW chip Am29DL322

I also have problems with flash M28W320FSU and M28W320FST

M28W320 chips have differnet BGA pinout and not compatible with fbga64

i made some tests on few chips, and always have had the same results

s29gl032A <- only this chip is recognized correctly


two chips s29gl128N always have the same wrong ID


s29gl256P


maybe you have some idea to solve my problem
