How to read/write a SOIC8 SST 25VF080B

Hi there!

I'd like to read and write a SOIC8 SST 25VF080B chip and I have a Willem PCB5.0E hardware. How could I read & write it with my hardware? What kind of adapter should I use?
Will this suitable?

pcb5.0e , set Vcc = 3.6 (remove jumper open 3v6)
SPI chip is placed in 25Cxxx socket 1:1
For SOIC package adapter like presented can be used.
Note, SOIC8 package 2 sizes 150 mil and 208 mil.
Check chip package/size and compatibility to 208mil adapter ?
SW 0.98d12c3. Autoselect. ID reply OK - read, erase, blank check, write, verify..
