schematic and pcb adapter tsop48d3 for s29gl128

Chip ID is OK , 01 - 227E- 2222 - 2201
Looks erase not finished.
First memory adress content before erase I see 0x09, after 0x00 (it should be 0xFF).
Datasheet checked and really typ chip erase time 256 sec, max 512 sec.
Try erase twice, once again enter e.
What chip voltage do you apply , 3.0 or 3.6 ? Try with 3.6.
No results, I will adjust utility with extended erase time to 600 sec.
What programmer do you apply - original 4v5 with 74HC244, or your own equal version ?

my programmer is orginal pcb4v5
voltag set jumper 2(3.6v)but when check volt is 2.38v
i think software cannot erase complete chip
i try 3 and 4 for erase but not complete erase
your new software with extended erase time to 600 sec is available or not yet ?

I wanted to build me an adapter TSOP56 to dip 48 using a soket56 smd, not to stay in soldering and desoldering flash several times, please potresri tell me how to make the connections and where to put the resistors? Maybe with a small image.

and working just with my ezo4v5 pcb : viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2931
and not working with orginal ezo4v5 pcb
