Unfortunately I´ve shortened my willem sivava pcb4.5 programmer.
I haven´t looked close enough and set 2 jumpers wrong.
I´ve set the Jumpers (the green ones) as shown in the pic below.
The gold one weren´t set. The dip setting was for an am29f032.
I entered Test H/W and measured vpp until it drops to 3,18v.
Now, vpp won´t light when I select it in Test H/W. It will only light up for a second.
Anyone an idea which parts to replaced?

Change Vpp transistor BC557 (better use BC327).

Hi Ezo,
I´ve edited my picture. I replaced BC557 with a new BC557 . I had only one 327 so i replaced the 327 above and the two BC547. Then I replaced all cd4015bcn with HCF4015BE, still no vpp.
I wanted to buy the other ics also but they were out of stock, but I will order today so I can replace the other ics too.
Can you tell me the name of the marked ic on the upper left? it has no lable on it, may I have to replace this also.
Please, can you tell what I should test next?

Here is no need on all components change (like 4015) . Logic elements do not affect on Vpp.
No Vpp after it's switch (BC327) change, check Vpp voltage without Test H/W mode.
Connect programmer and measure voltage on DCconverter output , diod pin in upper right corner (refer to pcb3b schematic). Exist voltage changes in time period ? What voltage range is set ? No temperature overload on converter components (MC34063, coil, resistor 0.5Ohm,..) ? Check components , try replace 34063.
