Yes, all former adapters are compatible with new programmer.
New adapters for serial chips (SPI, I2C, Microwire EEPROM, SPI Flash, PIC)

when i connect to lpt port and run software and click test hardware
error message hardware error
and your schematic R19 = 2k2
but in component picture R19 = 10k
how is right ?

Correct R19 value 2k2.
Go Test H/W and first check 32-Vcc (Vcc, Vcc2, LED, IC8/14, voltage on pull-up resistors at IC8 logic outputs)
Click/unclick on D0 (OE on) and measure voltage changes on IC8 logic inputs/outputs.

i check and all ok
but vcc2 in normal mode have 0.9 volt and when click vcc(test hardware) vcc2 volt is 4.30 volt
this volt is normal ?

problem in my pcb and i found short pin connected
first chip test :
AT26DF161 (SELECT DEVICE IN SOFTWARE = AT25DF161)
ERASE OK
READ OK
PROGRAM OK
VERIFY OK
