ezoser programmer v2 can working with lates software 0.98d12c3 or 0.97d12c3 ?
and this programmer program spi flash witout any problem ?

Here is no attempts to improve existing version.
SPI FLash is working on 25xxxx DIP socket , no direct compatibility wit ezoflash4v5 ICSP connector. EZoSer works with any Willem software, latest have more updates. For serial part here is no differences in 0.98d12c3 or 0.97d12c3 use.
Note , EZoSer PCB has bug , missing bridge. Update existing pcb, many 25xxx devices are not supported without fix !

It is the same design, differencies on Vpp components applied.

Should work on all willem compatible and 3.6V adapted programmers with latest SW.

ezoser2 just add this ic for +12v vpp volt
spi flash no need vpp
vpp for icsp is used ?
and for programming pic ?

Don't apply Vpp components (+12V, MAX662). Programmer is oriented to SPI Flash. Not sure in PIC programming with EZoSer. Note design initially was for ezoflash4v5 test purposes only.

jp1+jp3 = 5v
jp2 = 3v6

Additionally Jp1-Jp3 removed, Vcc=2.9V
