i have to Read this chip
And didn't found the Select in Sw 98D12C3
Select Am29f320
And Read ok
but It's 32 and the flash 64
and how can i write it if i have File with 64M

What programmer and adapter do you apply ? Are you getting ID 0x04 Fujitsu 0x7E ?
64Mb devices can be read, programmed in 2x32Mb part. Find adapter jumper pin to TSOP48/13 A21 (usually Vpp) and drive it to ground for first 32Mb , connect through resistor (1..10k) to Vcc for second 32Mb.
Erase works for all chip , A21 grounded.
