icsp connection to pic12c508a

latest willem software tells me to use icsp connector to flash a pic12c508a .......but ,

Can anyone tell me the cable layout to go from the icsp-connector to a pic12c508a ??

any help appreciated

Does anyone know if the SS24S and SS16s have to have the chips pulled for programming or do they have ICSP ports for on board programming?
