programm at 89c 55 wd

I have Sisava board 4.5C and MCS-51/avr adapter.I can read end erase at89c55wd but when I program IC I got mesage Error at 0x004000 Chip=0x02 buffer=0xEF.Whe I read chip adresses 0x004000-0x04fff are same as 0x000000-0x00fff.
Please help

Check highest adress , from A13.
Try with SW option- tick New Adapter
