Program Tsop40 with Tsop40B adapter

I have a Willem 5.0 PCB with a Tsop40B adapter. On top I have a T01 (tsop 32/40/48 adapter). I cannot get it to read my 29F032 tsop. I have tried jumping A19, A20, A21 on the Willem 5.0 to my adapter. Is there anything else I have to do? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I can't even get it to ID correctly so there hasn't been an error yet. Does anyone know if there are any instructions on hooking the adapters up?

Problem solved, I wasn't pushing the tsop chip down hard enough. Thanks everyone
